I scanned it and got. 1) limp mode (allison 1000 model) the allison transmission 1000 model has a feature called “limp mode”, in which the transmission locks itself into third gear. Verify battery voltage to the red/white wire at pin 10 at the transmission connector. Verify battery voltage is present on the pink wire at pin 13 when the key is on and when in the crank.
