When these trucks are cold the timing is advanced to allow for a little more fuel, and that blue smoke is just some. Your symptoms seem to sound like a loss of boost. This could be an exhaust leak, or a leak in the intake system somewhere (ex. Torn cac boot. ) losing boost will make a truck.
It doesn't smoke all the time and doesn't use as much oil on same amount of. Should cause a higher idle and less smoke on cold start when it’s working. After truck warms up idle should drop in rpm. Like an automatic choke on a gasser motor.

It's never done that horrible stumble on a cold start before. It was about 60*f when the truck was started. The truck was also pouring a lot of blue smoke on startup too that cleared up after a few mins.
If anyone has any idea on whats going on with this truck please help. It smokes until its warm or until I drive it. Here lately it has zero throttle resonse until it warms up a little.
