It could also possibly point to some part of the system being on the way out (ie. Vgt valve) that the srl tune is. It should be around 85 at idle and 15 under full load.

Joined jul 28, 2010. Discussion starter · #1 · aug 22, 2011 (edited) i have a friend that has 2003 f250 with a 6. 0. It has absolutely no power, almost feels like the turbo. Possibly a power surge or a loose connection somewhere.

Also find the egr position and make sure that's not stuck. It should be either close to zero or close to 5 with koeo. Ive got a 2003 6. 0 in a f250 with 208,000 miles. I’ve got no power before getting to 2500 rpm.

I had one here that is actually pretty common. When the boost or manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor is not responding correctly the PCM will control the veins like a pop off or dump valve and not allow boost to build. sometimes it's as simple as a split hose.
