I had the same problem, stop and signal lights work, no running lights on trailer. The tail lights are the same bulb but they use a different filament in the bulb. you may need to replace the bulbs. another possibility is there maybe a problem with the wiring for the tail lights. All truck lights work but the trailer stop and turn lights do not. I have checked all fuses and relays i can find.
